PHOSPHORESCENCE -  LUMINO
   

    With "Phosphorescence", a chandelier suspended under the night sky of Montreal, Pauline Loctin unveils her very first outdoor illuminated sculptural installation for the 15th edition of Lumino.

Come wind or storm, her lanterns cast a gentle glow on passersby. Each one has been carefully hand-folded by the artist. Together, they form a living, evolving work, gradually revealed as daylight fades.
 Avec "Phosphorescence", lustre à ciel ouvert dans la nuit montréalaise, Pauline Loctin signe sa toute première installation sculpturale lumineuse en extérieur pour la 15e édition de Lumino.

Contre vents et tempêtes, ses lanternes éclairent avec douceur les passants. Chacune d’entre elles a été soigneusement pliée à la main par l’artiste. Ensemble, elles composent une œuvre vivante et évolutive, révélée progressivement avec la lumière du jour qui décline.
